Meet Merissa

From Creative Roots to
Operational Leadership

With a background in film, education, and community work across Europe and the US, I’ve spent the last 15 years bringing creative structure to everything I do — whether coordinating volunteers at international festivals, leading a school classroom, or managing content pipelines at Apple TV.

Today, I’m ready to bring those same strengths — empathy, precision, clarity, and care — into service at St. Paul’s Church in Dorking. This isn’t just a job move. It’s a calling.
